Please be advised that effective November 30, 2018, the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission’s (Commission) mandatory education program will no longer be offered by the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®. Effective January 7, 2019, the Commission is launching their new education program with a new provider, UBC Sauder School of Business (UBC). Students who have purchased but not completed their courses with ASR will have until March 25, 2019, to complete any outstanding exams after which, they will have to re-purchase the course from UBC and take the exam through them.

Register with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission
Once you have completed all of your exams, you'll need to register with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission to become licensed to trade in real estate.  

  • Supply the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission with a criminal record check by fingerprint comparison. Consider completing this step during your course studies as it can often take a few weeks for results. 
  • Affiliate yourself with a brokerage. Every registrant (salesperson) must be affiliated with a brokerage before they can become licensed. 
  • Register with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission by completing their application for registration
